When I arrived to the home, there was 12 other individuals viewing the home at the same time. I could understand if this was an open house style showing, but it wasn’t. As buyers’ agents they may be great; but I’d look elsewhere for them to act as sellers’ agents. Oh, and they arrived a solid 15-20 minutes late to the showing 😂🤦‍♀️ Been in the real estate industry for longer than they’ve been alive, with over 45 properties, look elsewhere for agents.
